It stands to reason that, since we’ve been around for a little while now, we ought to introduce ourselves.

The word “ourselves” probably betrays a larger band of souls than actually operates this finely-tuned machine. In truth, it’s a team of two here at PBT.

There’s the creative, driving force, Jim, and me, the scribe, Zach.

It should be obvious by now that this blog isn’t really heavy on serious tone or breaking news. It’s a bit of commentary on the state of cycling mixed with handfuls of pertinent links for the average cyclist and topped off with some absolutely terrible jokes.

We’ll include personal blogging from time to time, but don’t worry, there won’t be much “me” time in this space.

We are Midwest-based (Bloomington, Ind., sight of the world-famous Little 500), so I would imagine we’ll probably splash some links and local news (local to us, anyway) every now and again as well.

Anyway, just thought an introduction would be necessary eventually, and there you have it.
