Sorry for the complete disappearance these last few days, I’ve been out of town at a friend’s wedding and therefore completely irresponsible and irreverent (much like, might I say, this entire blog).

Considering it’s likely you baby-oiled roadie types (me) were too busy drinking (also me) or facelooping this weekend (also me too), we’ve got the VeloNews straightness on the new SRAM XX line of MTB parts.

That’s biker slang for “holy-god-that-looks-awesome.”

I won’t ruin much of the article, because well, I read the whole thing and now it’s your damn turn. Also, if I had to make a list of things I found relevant or sweet about this new stuff, a) this post would go on for days and b) I would lose my ongoing battle with the urge to go spend money I don’t have on a new mountain ride.
